Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Copper Cove, a 228-unit apartment community in Tolleson, AZ. You will help maintain the property's appearance and functionality to ensure a great resident experience.

Responsibilities include completing work requests, performing preventative maintenance, and assisting in preparing vacant units. On-call duties may apply, with a trip stipend if called back after hours. Valid license may be required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing and painting systems.
• HVAC and EPA experience preferred.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor property for repairs or replacements.
• Complete work requests for common areas and apartments.
• Perform preventative maintenance on property.
• Assess and repair appliances as needed.
• Assist in preparing vacant units for new residents.
• Occasional on-call duties with trip stipend when called back after hours.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
