Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in apartment maintenance.
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Organize and complete resident work orders and turnovers.
• On-call rotations for maintenance emergencies.
• Coordinate with Property Manager on parts/material purchasing.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and turnovers efficiently.
• Maintain the maintenance area neat and clean.
• Report outstanding work orders to Property Manager daily.
• Answer on-call maintenance emergencies.
• Assist with purchasing parts/materials.
