Our team is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician in the Nashville, TN area for immediate hire. NO on-calls & NO weekends!

Apartment Maintenance Technician Qualifications:

• Previous experience in residential maintenance - apartments, hotels, or private homes
• Must have personal hand tools and drill
• Reliable means of transportation
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• HVAC/EPA Certification is a plus
• Strong experience in the following tasks:
  • Plumbing - sink/shower/toilet repair, fixture replacement, drain unclogging (snaking when applicable)
  • Electrical - fixture and switch replacement, knowledge of safety protocols, rewiring when applicable
  • Carpentry - patching holes, door/lock replacement, hanging cabinetry, light touch-up painting
  • Appliances - installation of W&D, stoves, garbage disposals, small repairs

Responsibilities:

• Inspect all apartment units, buildings, and common areas regularly
• Complete turnovers & work orders between occupancy
• Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues in apartments, exteriors, and common areas, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and appliances
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
