Responsibilities

• Repair and diagnose appliances including refrigerators and stoves.
• Perform plumbing and electrical repairs.
• Complete dry walling, painting and carpentry tasks.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5 PM day shift hours.
Full Time - Year Round work. No layoffs and overtime potential available!

• $22.00 an hour
• Yearly raises up to 5%
• Quarterly maintenance bonus structure, up to$3,000.00 Per Year!
• On-Call Bonus,$100.00 a weekwhen on-call. Min 1.5 hours of pay for any call.
• $50.00 On Call Bonus paid per day for any major holiday worked

Qualifications:

• 2+ years’ experience in apartment maintenance or equivalent
• EPA Certification
• Dry walling including painting and carpentry
• Knowledge of plumbing repairs and fixes
• Knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures
• Able to repair and/or diagnose appliances including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers and garbage disposals
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• HVAC troubleshooting and repair
