Job summary

MAA is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician to uphold high standards of property upkeep and resident satisfaction. You will perform general maintenance, diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry, and follow a preventative maintenance schedule while communicating with residents after repairs.

Qualified candidates will have 1–3 years of multifamily maintenance experience, HVAC experience, EPA Type II or Universal certification (or obtain within 90 days of hire), and a

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) units; electrical appliances, outlets, and light fixtures; plumbing, carpentry, and locks.
• Follow a planned preventative maintenance schedule and follow up with residents after repairs are complete.

Apartment Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities include preparing apartments for move-in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) units; electrical appliances, outlets, and light fixtures; plumbing, carpentry, and locks. The Maintenance Technician follows a planned preventative maintenance schedule and follows up with residents after repairs are complete.
