Apartment Maintenance Technician | MAA Robinson

Responsibilities
  • Perform general maintenance and repairs to ensure apartment homes and facilities are in good condition.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems, electrical appliances, outlets, light fixtures, plumbing, carpentry, and locks.
  • Follow a planned preventative maintenance schedule and communicate with residents after repairs.
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in multifamily property management, facility maintenance, or mechanical repair.
  • HVAC experience is required.
  • EPA Type II or Universal certification required at hire or within 90 days.
  • Valid driver’s license.
