Apartment Maintenance Technician | MAA Remington Hills

Join us as an Apartment Maintenance Technician at MAA Remington Hills. We are looking for motivated individuals who take pride in their work and are committed to maintaining high standards.

About the Role

The Apartment Maintenance Technician performs general maintenance and repairs to ensure apartment homes and property facilities are in excellent condition. Responsibilities include:

  1. Preparing apartments for move-in
  2. Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC units, electrical appliances, outlets, and lighting fixtures
  3. Handling plumbing, carpentry, and lock repairs
  4. Following preventative maintenance schedules
  5. Communicating with residents post-repair
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in multifamily property management, facility maintenance, or mechanical repair
  • HVAC experience required
  • EPA Type II or Universal Certification required at hire or within 90 days
  • Valid driver’s license
