The Apartment Maintenance Technician performs general maintenance and repairs to keep apartment homes and property facilities in excellent condition. Responsibilities include diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC units, electrical appliances, plumbing, carpentry, and locks. The role follows a planned preventative maintenance schedule and involves follow-up with residents post-repair.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in multifamily property management, facility maintenance, or mechanical repair
• HVAC experience required
• EPA Type II or EPA Universal Certification required at hire or within 90 days
• Valid driver’s license
