Apartment Maintenance Technician | MAA Greenbrier

Join us as an Apartment Maintenance Technician at MAA Greenbrier. We are looking for dedicated individuals who take pride in their work and excel at problem-solving. If you have your EPA Type II or Universal Certification or are willing to obtain it within 90 days of hire, this is a great opportunity to start or advance your career in the multifamily housing industry.

The role involves performing general maintenance and repairs to ensure apartment homes and property facilities are in excellent condition. Responsibilities include preparing apartments for move-in, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC units, electrical appliances, plumbing, carpentry, and locks. Following a planned preventative maintenance schedule and following up with residents post-repair are also key aspects of the job.

Qualifications
  • One to three years of experience in multifamily property management, facility maintenance, or mechanical repair
  • HVAC experience required
  • EPA Type II or EPA Universal Certification required at hire or within 90 days
  • Valid driver’s license from the state of residence
