Apartment Maintenance Technician | MAA East Austin

Join us as an Apartment Maintenance Technician at MAA East Austin. We are seeking a dedicated professional to perform general maintenance and repairs to ensure apartment homes and property facilities are in excellent condition.

Responsibilities

• Prepare apartments for move-in
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC units, electrical appliances, outlets, light fixtures, plumbing, carpentry, and locks
• Follow a planned preventative maintenance schedule
• Follow up with residents after repairs are completed

Qualifications

• One to three years of experience in multifamily property management, facility maintenance, or mechanical repair
• HVAC experience required
• EPA Type II or Universal Certification required at hire or within 90 days
• Valid driver’s license from the state of residence
