Position Overview

As an Apartment Maintenance Technician, you will perform general maintenance and repairs to ensure apartment homes and property facilities are in good working order. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems, electrical appliances, plumbing, carpentry, and locks. You will also follow a preventative maintenance schedule and communicate with residents post-repair.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in multifamily property management, facility maintenance, or mechanical repair
• HVAC experience required
• EPA Type II or Universal Certification required at hire or within 90 days
• Valid driver’s license
