Job Description

The primary responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician are to ensure all vacated apartments are thoroughly restored to market-ready status and that service requests are completed in a timely manner.

Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Evaluating the condition of apartments to restore them (check, repair, replace) to market-ready status.
2. Completing service requests promptly with high service standards.
3. Changing A/C filters and servicing HVAC systems (if certified).
4. Assisting with vacant apartment trash-outs and maintaining grounds cleanliness.
5. Moving appliances, equipment, and furniture as needed.
6. Maintaining order and cleanliness in maintenance and storage areas; ensuring all areas are locked and secured.
7. Complying with all applicable state and local laws, and following company policies and procedures.
8. Adhering to safety procedures and guidelines, including OSHA and Fair Housing requirements.
9. Participating in ongoing training as assigned.
10. Performing other duties as assigned.

Salary and Benefits

Salary: $26/hr. DOE + bonuses + housing
