Job Description
The primary responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician are to ensure all vacated apartments are thoroughly restored to market-ready status and that service requests are completed in a timely manner.
Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Evaluating the condition of apartments to restore them (check, repair, replace) to market-ready status.
- Completing service requests promptly with high service standards.
- Changing A/C filters and servicing HVAC systems (if certified).
- Assisting with vacant apartment trash-outs and maintaining grounds cleanliness.
- Moving appliances, equipment, and furniture as needed.
- Maintaining order and cleanliness in maintenance and storage areas; ensuring all areas are locked and secured.
- Complying with all applicable state and local laws, and following company policies and procedures.
- Adhering to safety procedures and guidelines, including OSHA and Fair Housing requirements.
- Participating in ongoing training as assigned.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Salary and Benefits
Salary: $26/hr. DOE + bonuses + housing
