The role involves diagnosing and performing major, minor, and routine maintenance and repairs while delivering excellent customer service to residents across multiple communities.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience required.
• Ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of appliance repair, light carpentry, plumbing and electrical.
• Tolerance to hot and cold weather.
• Be available for on-call maintenance schedule.
