Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in all phases of building maintenance including appliance repair, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and preventive maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable for company vehicle with reliable transportation to and from work.
• Experience with installing appliances and performing routine preventive maintenance.

Responsabilités

• Complete maintenance requests (work orders) in a timely manner.
• Document time spent, supplies used, and tasks performed for each work order.
• Bring your own tools for routine maintenance and repairs.
