You will maintain buildings, grounds, and equipment to ensure a safe, attractive, and well‑maintained environment for residents, delivering dependable service. Requirements include 3+ years of apartment maintenance experience, knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, appliance repair, and general carpentry.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, appliance repair, and general carpentry.
• EPA Certification (Universal or Type II) preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues efficiently.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests promptly and professionally.
• Perform apartment turns, including repairs, painting, and punch-out work.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general building systems.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on community equipment and common areas.
• Maintain property appearance, including grounds and amenities.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergency maintenance.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company policies and local building codes.
• Maintain accurate records of completed work orders and inventory.
