You will perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs to keep units market-ready and safe for residents. This role requires at least one year of maintenance experience in residential settings, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of maintenance experience in residential settings.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Own basic tools.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day maintenance and repairs to keep apartments safe and functional.
• Complete service work orders with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Electrical repairs including lighting, switches, outlets, appliances and related equipment.
• Plumbing repairs including clearing stoppages, leaks, and basic pipe work.
• Carpentry tasks such as doors, molding, flooring, and refinishing.
• Seasonal duties and on-call response for emergencies.
