Service Technician – Hampton Point Apartments

Location: Silver Spring, MD

Compensation: $24/hour (based on experience) + phone and auto allowance

Join the WPM Real Estate Management Team! Hampton Point Apartments in Silver Spring, MD, seeks a skilled and reliable Service Technician to maintain the property, ensure resident satisfaction, and support daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to maintenance work orders
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks
• Prepare apartment units for new residents (turnovers)
• Complete repairs, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
• Repair and maintain appliances
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment
• Participate in rotating on-call for emergency repairs

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
• Availability for after-hours emergencies (evenings, weekends, holidays)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
