Job summary

Morgan Properties is hiring for a Service Technician at Preserve at Sagebrook, a 336-unit community in Miamisburg, OH. If you enjoy hands-on maintenance and taking pride in safe, welcoming homes, we’d love to hear from you.

You’ll complete resident service requests, perform preventative maintenance, and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and drywall as needed. You may assist with turns and help keep common areas neat and safe.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of apartment, residential, or building maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, drywall, and general maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests with quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.
• Perform preventative maintenance to keep the community operating safely and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, appliances, drywall, and general maintenance issues.
• Assist with apartment turns and make-ready projects to prepare homes for new residents.
• Maintain the property's curb appeal and ensure common areas are clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Participate in the rotating on-call schedule to support residents when needed.
