As a key player on our team, you'll be:

• Responding to maintenance requests with lightning speed

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in property maintenance or related field
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• A dependable and hardworking professional who takes pride in their work
• Flexibility to accommodate on-call responsibilities as needed
• Computer experience but not required.
• Must be able to pass a background check, drug test, physical and has a valid driver's license.
