We are looking for a career-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team at Lakota Lake Apartments in West Chester, OH. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for preparing apartments between residents, handling on-site maintenance calls, and performing preventative maintenance.

What We Offer:

• $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
• PLUS Quarterly bonus up to $750.00
• $100.00 a week additional pay when on call, regardless of call-outs
