Maintain the appearance and functionality of the property
Perform routine and preventive maintenance and repairs
Ensure compliance with local codes and safety regulations
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues
Power wash halls, breezeways, and parking areas
Complete resident service orders promptly
Assist with apartment make-readies, including trash removal, caulking, grouting, appliance checks, and smoke detector maintenance
Perform interior and exterior touch-up painting
Keep common areas clean and organized, including pools and recreational spaces
Assist the Maintenance Supervisor as needed What We're Looking For:
Experience in general maintenance and property upkeep
Ability to troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues
Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
Ability to work independently and as part of a team What You Need to Succeed:
At least 1 year of relevant maintenance experience
Ability to work with hand and power tools
Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall/painting, ceramic tile, and appliance installation/removal
Attention to detail and safety protocols
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines
Strong customer service and communication skills with coworkers, residents, and vendors Preferred Education and Training:
High school diploma or equivalent (required)

Physical Requirements & Work Conditions:
Must be able to stand, walk, climb stairs, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl
Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions Additional Requirements:

Proper work attire and gear for different climate conditions
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
