• Monitor ongoing work by outside contractors and assist as needed.
• Respond to 24-hour emergency maintenance requests and on-call duties.
• Maintain building systems and report unusual occurrences to the Property Manager.
• Perform grounds work and unit-by-unit inspections quarterly.
