Stathakis is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Tech with maintenance experience to perform light plumbing, electrical work and carpentry at our properties. The role requires owning basic tools and a willingness to work Mon-Fri from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.

• As a Stathakis Maintenance Tech, you are required to do the following:
• Must have own basic tools.
• Hours are Mon-Fri from 7:00 am - 3:30pm

Responsibilities

• Perform light plumbing, electrical repair, and carpentry work as requested. Such as installing garbage disposals, toilets, changing door locks, light fixtures and ballast, painting etc.
• Keeps inventory of all repairs and other building maintenance related items.
• Conduct safety checks and equipment testing on all equipment at facilities.
• Must have own basic tools.
• Hours are Mon-Fri from 7:00 am - 3:30pm

We are looking for an Apartment Maintenance Tech. MUST HAVE MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE. We are looking for a jack of all trades who has experience with light plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.

As a Stathakis Maintenance Tech, you are required to do the following:

• Perform light plumbing, electrical repair, and carpentry work as requested. Such as installing garbage disposals, toilets, changing door locks, light fixtures and ballast, painting etc.
