Stathakis is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician with proven maintenance experience to perform light plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks in apartment properties. The role requires owning basic tools and meeting daily maintenance duties across facilities, ensuring safety and reliability of equipment and systems.

Compensation ranges from hourly wages with full-time hours, and benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance along with paid time off and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform light plumbing, electrical repair, and carpentry work as requested (e.g., installing disposals, toilets, door locks, fixtures and ballast).
• Keeps inventory of repairs and other maintenance items.
• Conduct safety checks and equipment testing on all equipment at facilities.
• Hours are Mon-Fri from 7:00 am - 3:30pm.

Job Skills / Requirements

We are looking for an Apartment Maintenance Tech. MUST HAVE MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE. We are looking for a jack of all trades who has experience with light plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.

As a Stathakis Maintenance Tech, you are required to do the following:

• Perform light plumbing, electrical repair, and carpentry work as requested. Such as installing garbage disposals, toilets, changing door locks, light fixtures and ballast, painting etc.


• Keeps inventory of all repairs and other building maintenance related items.


• Conduct safety checks and equipment testing on all equipment at facilities.


• MUST have own basic tools


• Hours are Mon-Fri from 7:00 am - 3:30pm

Compensation and Benefits:

• $21.00-$22.00 per hour
