A leading company, Capstone On-Campus Management, seeks an Apartment Maintenance Technician for Lumina Communities at Duquesne University. This role involves general maintenance, emergency response, and teamwork to ensure a high-quality living environment for students. Reports to: Maintenance Supervisor
Salary: $19.00-$23.00 per hour and competitive benefits package
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
The primary responsibility of the Apartment Maintenance Technician is to collaborate with the overall Facilities Staff to upkeep, maintain, repair, and renovate the buildings at the apartment complexes (collectively called “Lumina Communities”) serving roughly 1500 upper-class and graduate students at Duquesne University. The ideal candidate for this position will project a customer focused and professional image through interaction with all internal and external customers.

Work Hours:
Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm and serving in an on-call duty rotation. Note that these hours can be adjusted in coordination with the Maintenance Supervisor.
