Our client, a leading property management company, is seeking an Apartment Maintenance professional to join their team. As an Apartment Maintenance technician, you will be part of the facilities team supporting residents and ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Apartment Maintenance Technician

Location: Palm Desert, CA

Pay Range: $20.00-25.00 DOE

What's the Job?

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs.
• Respond to resident maintenance requests and work orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct regular inspections of apartments, buildings, and grounds to identify and address potential issues.
• Prepare vacant units for new tenants by repairing, painting, cleaning, and replacing fixtures or appliances as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in all common areas, including hallways, laundry rooms, and outdoor spaces.
