Job summary

NTS Capital is seeking a Service Technician to keep our multifamily communities running smoothly. If you enjoy solving problems, take initiative, and get things done, this job is for you!

You will inspect properties, handle HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs, and perform preventive maintenance. Join a collaborative team that values growth and offers ongoing support and training.

Responsibilities

• Inspect properties and equipment regularly to find and fix maintenance issues.
• Handle repairs on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance to keep things running safely and efficiently.
• Respond quickly to maintenance requests from residents and management.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Work with the team to improve how we maintain our communities.
• Ensure everything is safe and organized in your workspace.
• Help install new equipment when needed.
• Be available for emergency repairs and after-hours calls as part of a rotation schedule.
