Job summary

InterSolutions, LLC is hiring Apartment Maintenance Technicians for multiple immediate openings across apartment communities in Coral Springs, FL. The role involves hands-on maintenance tasks across electrical, plumbing, appliance, and carpentry work, with emphasis on turnover, cleanliness, and customer service.

Roles are available in both full-time and part-time capacities. Candidates should be able to lift up to 40 pounds, work weekends as needed, and pass a basic maintenance skillset

Responsibilities

• Complete service tickets and work orders efficiently and accurately.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents by managing the turnover process.
• Keep grounds and common areas clean and free of debris.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, appliance, and carpentry repairs, including repairing circuits, switches, and breakers.
• Service and install light fixtures and appliances (stoves, refrigerators, washers, dryers).
• Fix toilets, sinks, vanities, disposals, and caulking.
• Handle minor carpentry repairs (doors, window screens, blinds).
• Paint and drywall repair as needed.
• Remove bulk trash and discard appliances.
• Clear drains and sewer lines (up to 4").

Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Complete service tickets and work orders efficiently and accurately
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents by managing the turnover process
• Keep grounds and common areas clean and free of debris
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents
• Perform electrical, plumbing, appliance, and carpentry repairs, including:
• Repairing electrical circuits, switches, and breakers
• Servicing and installing light fixtures and appliances (stoves, refrigerators, washers, dryers)
• Fixing and replacing toilets, sinks, vanities, disposals, and caulking
• Handling minor carpentry repairs, including doors, window screens, and blinds
• Painting and drywall repair as needed
• Removing bulk trash, including discarded appliances
• Clearing drains and sewer lines (up to 4')

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of maintenance repair and service across multiple areas
• Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred HVAC Certification is a plus
• Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds and safely using ladders
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work weekends as required
