Woodmont is seeking a professional apartment maintenance professional to join our team as a Service Technician at one of our beautiful properties in Belmont, CA. This role is perfect for someone with apartment maintenance, strong plumbing, apartment turnover, painting, electrical, appliance repair and housekeeping skills. You'll help keep our community clean, safe, and welcoming, while working closely with team members, residents, and vendors. This is a full‑time role with an expected shift of Tuesday through Saturday; 8am - 5pm.

Woodmont Real Estate Services has detailed the expected hourly rate for this role to be $30.00 - $32.00 hourly.
This does not include any other potential components of the compensation package, including housing, benefits, and perks outlined above. At the launch of each position, we benchmark compensation to the appropriate role utilizing competitive compensation data from various data sources as references. At the offer stage, we use the signals we received from our interviews coupled with your experience, location, and other job‑related factors to determine final compensation.
