Premier Staffing Unlimited is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician for a property in Macon, GA. You will handle apartment turns, painting, drywall touch-ups, and basic HVAC and plumbing repairs.

The role supports a clean, safe, and welcoming living environment for residents. The ideal candidate has hands-on maintenance experience, strong painting skills, and the ability to work independently while meeting schedule expectations.

Qualifications

• Apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong painting experience required.
• Working knowledge of minor HVAC systems and maintenance.
• Experience with basic plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in indoor/outdoor environments.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Complete apartment turns between residents.
• Perform extensive interior and exterior painting and touch-up work.
• Prepare walls including patching, sanding, and minor drywall repairs.
• Complete minor HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Perform general maintenance and repair work including basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas and supplies.
• Assist with grounds and curb appeal as needed.
