Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents through apartment turns and punch work.
• Assist with grounds maintenance and overall community appearance.
• Participate in snow removal and other seasonal property needs.
• Share in an on-call rotation and assist with weekend maintenance responsibilities as needed.
