Job summary

Express Employment on 61st and Center in Omaha is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician to join a living community. The role is full-time, Monday–Friday 7am–4pm with some on-call availability after hire. Location is Omaha, with pay between $25 and $27 per hour.

Responsibilities include plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance. Candidates should have some maintenance experience, basic mechanical knowledge, and be able to lift 25 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs.

• Inspect apartment units and common areas for issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and systems.
• Maintain records of work performed and materials used.
• Other duties as assigned.
