Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a qualified Maintenance Tech for a 94-unit property in Vista, CA. This full-time role offers full benefits and compensation based on experience. A candidate should have 3–5 years’ apartment maintenance experience, strong problem-solving, and precise communication.

You will handle plumbing, carpentry, painting, and life-safety tasks across the property. Responsibilities include responding to work orders, maintaining inventories, and supporting on-call emergencies.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in apartment maintenance.
• Valid Driver's License and auto insurance.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Drug/alcohol-free workplace and criminal background criteria.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and coordinate work orders.
• Perform plumbing tasks: replace faucets, snake drains, install valves.
• Do carpentry: hang windows/doors, repair locks.
• Paint and patch walls; maintain records of PM tasks.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and coordinate vendors.
• Conduct property visits to ensure consistency and a positive environment.
