Job summary

Landings Real Estate Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician- Carpentry Specialist in Fall River, MA. This full-time role involves hands-on maintenance across apartment communities with a focus on carpentry, turns, and repairs.

You will work with a team on Turnovers, preventive maintenance, and light construction, responding to emergencies as needed and supporting seasonal tasks. A 2+ year background in multi-family maintenance or related trades is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in multi-family maintenance, construction, or a trade (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, etc.)
• Solid carpentry skills — framing, finishing, cabinetry, drywall, or similar work
• Comfortable using hand tools and power tools

Responsibilities

• Complete apartment turnovers with emphasis on carpentry — doors, cabinets, trim, drywall, paint and finish work
• Knock out work orders promptly and correctly, typically within 24 hours
• Diagnose and repair issues across electrical, plumbing, appliances, and HVAC systems
• Respond to emergency calls on a rotating basis (evenings, weekends, and holidays)
• Support seasonal needs like snow removal and other property operations
• Collaborate with team on light construction and upgrade projects
