Apartment Maintenance Supervisor | MAA Round Rock

Join us as an Apartment Maintenance Supervisor at MAA in Round Rock. We are looking for a skilled maintenance professional to supervise and motivate our team, ensuring the proper maintenance and repair of our community's facilities and apartments.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Coordinating maintenance team activities
  2. Responding promptly and courteously to service requests
  3. Maintaining market-ready apartments to meet leasing demand
  4. Ensuring property appearance standards
  5. Assisting with hiring, training, and developing maintenance staff

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma/GED and 3-5 years of experience in multifamily property management, facility maintenance, or mechanical repair
  • HVAC experience required
  • EPA Type II or EPA Universal license required
  • For Florida locations, CAMT license required at hire or by the next licensing opportunity
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Supervisory experience preferred
