Join us as an Apartment Maintenance Supervisor at MAA Hamilton. We are looking for an experienced maintenance professional to supervise and motivate a team, ensuring the proper maintenance and repair of our apartment community.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Coordinating maintenance team activities to maintain property standards.
• Responding promptly and courteously to service requests.
• Ensuring availability of market-ready apartments to meet leasing demands.
• Assisting with hiring, training, and developing maintenance staff.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED and 3-5 years of experience in property management, maintenance, or related fields.
• HVAC experience and EPA Type II or Universal license required.
• For Florida locations, CAMT license required at hire or upon next licensing opportunity.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
