Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of property maintenance, repairs, installations, and inspections.
• Lead, train, and motivate your team to uphold standards and respond promptly to requests.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, and appliance issues.
• Inspect new units and vacancies to ensure quality turns and create welcoming spaces.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs.
• Ensure safety standards are met for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in maintenance or property management, leadership experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC.
• Proficient with hand and power tools; able to lift heavy objects and climb ladders.
• HVAC/EPA Certification required.
• Ability to pass background and drug screening.
• Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented.
