We are seeking a Maintenance Technician Supervisor to work at one of our apartment communities in Pflugerville, TX 78660 for IMMEDIATE HIRE! NO On-Calls & NO Weekends!

Maintenance Supervisor Requirements:

• Must be HVAC certified.
• Must have previous supervisor (property management) experience.
• Requires reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Attendance is an imperative job function.

• Flexible work schedule

Responsibilities as Apartment Supervisor:

• Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority.
• Supervise, mentor, and coach maintenance team.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and delivery of necessary supplies and equipment.
• Ensure all turns are completed on time and ready for move-in.
• Implement and oversee preventative maintenance programs.
• Ensure maintenance personnel understand and comply with Fair Housing Laws and OSHA safety rules.

Position Summary

The Maintenance Supervisor maintains the physical integrity of the community, ensuring a comfortable environment for residents, future residents, and team members. They are key in maintaining facility operations, creating efficiencies, and developing standards that positively impact renewals and satisfaction.
