Odin Management LLC in Kentucky seeks an Apartment Maintenance Technician to manage resident work orders and turnovers, applying electrical, plumbing and carpentry skills to keep the community safe and comfortable.

You will join a multifamily team, handle on-call rotations for maintenance emergencies, track outstanding work orders, and coordinate with the Property Manager on parts and materials purchases, while maintaining a clean, organized maintenance area and ensuring timely service.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in maintenance.
• Experience with residential apartment upkeep and turnovers.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.

Responsabilités

• Complete resident work orders and turnovers.
• Maintain a count of outstanding work orders and report daily.
• Keep maintenance area neat and clean.
• Work on call rotations for emergencies.
• Coordinate with the Property Manager on parts/material purchases.
