Job summary

InterSolutions is hiring Maintenance Tech Leads and Supervisors in North Charleston, SC to oversee apartment maintenance teams and ensure timely completion of service requests across communities.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on experience in apartment maintenance, and the ability to manage multiple tasks including electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs while delivering excellent resident service.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of maintenance repair and service.
• Required apartment maintenance experience.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• HVAC Certification preferred.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and climb ladders.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance team and direct completion of service requests.
• Report to the property manager.
• Assign and assist with apartment service requests and log work orders.
• Manage vacant apartments and prepare for new leases.
• Maintain grounds and keep areas clean.
• Provide excellent resident service.
• Handle electrical, plumbing and appliance repairs to professional standards.
