Fiduciary Real Estate Development (FRED) seeks a Maintenance & Grounds Technician for Seasons at North Aurora Apartments in North Aurora, IL 60542. This entry-level, full-time role centers on residential maintenance, resident service, and on-call emergency coverage with daytime hours and a seasonal snow- related schedule.

You will perform repairs, prepare vacants, and assist with grounds care while adhering to safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service to residents and teammates.
• Proficiency in multitasking and managing priorities with multiple tasks per day.
• Prior maintenance or related field experience preferred but not required.
• Reliable vehicle with valid driver's license and auto insurance required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, occasionally up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Address a diverse range of residential service requests promptly and professionally.
• Prepare vacant apartments by performing repairs to return to market-ready condition.
• Communicate unresolved issues to the Property Manager for resolution.
• Perform seasonal grounds work and upkeep around the property and clubhouse.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness of common areas and restrooms.
