You will manage the leasing process from inquiry to move-in, answer questions about floor plans, pricing, amenities, and community features, and maintain accurate records using online leasing systems.

The role emphasizes outstanding customer service, interpersonal communication, and ability to work weekends. Bilingual Spanish is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales process from start to finish, identifying needs and closing the sale.
• Tour prospects and explain pricing, floor plans, amenities, and community offerings.
• Follow up on phone and internet inquiries from prospects and leads.
• Assist with outreach marketing and planning of resident events.
• Prepare lease agreements and maintain records using online tools.
