Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Basic computer skills including Word/Outlook/Excel and social media familiarity.
• Knowledge of leasing software (Yardi, Blue Moon, Entrata, Onesite, MRI) is a plus.
• Ability to work weekends as required.
• Backgrounds in leasing, property management, customer service, sales or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, conduct tours and identify housing needs.
• Assist with leasing paperwork, including applications and background/credit checks.
• Collect rent, security deposits and move-in fees.
• Explain lease terms and community policies to residents.
• Follow up with prospects who haven’t leased.
• Ensure apartments are move-in ready and add final touches.
• Implement marketing techniques to attract new residents.
• Manage lease renewals and resident retention efforts.
• Respond promptly to calls, emails, and inquiries.
