We are hiring a Leasing Consultant for our apartment community, Zerzura, in Las Vegas, NV.

Our Leasing Consultants are sales-focused professionals who help prospective residents find their next home while consistently achieving leasing goals. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, building relationships, and delivering excellent customer service, we'd like to hear from you.

AIR offers a competitive compensation and benefits package designed to reward performance and support your success, including:

• Expected pay rate of $20.00 per hour plus commission opportunities. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.

What You Have

• 1+ year of sales and customer service experience, including achieving sales goals in a fast-paced environment (e.g., property management, hospitality, retail, or restaurant).
• Demonstrated success in goal achievement and following a structured sales process.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to address current and future resident needs.
• Flexible schedule with availability to work during office hours. Typical schedule will be Monday & Wednesday - Saturday, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM (hours may vary based on community needs and season).
• Reliable transportation.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
