Qualifications

• Finish coursework towards Texas Real Estate License within 6 weeks of offer.
• Local travel around the city to tour with clients.
• Laptop is crucial; able to run searches and do video calls.
• iPhone is required for the CRM system.

Responsibilities

• Manage the client relationship from lead to lease.
• Chat with clients via text, phone, and email.
• Put together a hyper-personalized list of available apartment units.
• Work directly with property partners, schedule and attend tours.
• Earn commissions for leasing clients.
