Job Title: Leasing Consultant

Join Westdale Asset Management as a Leasing Consultant at our newly constructed 300-unit apartment community in Tech Ridge, North Austin. This is a part-time, entry-level position with a focus on sales and customer service.

Pay Range and Benefits

Base pay ranges from $16.00 to $19.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience. We offer a $500 sign-on bonus (subject to a 90-day trial period), monthly lease and renewal bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package including:

Responsibilities

1. Greet visitors and residents professionally
2. Answer calls and emails promptly
3. Complete guest cards and lease paperwork accurately and timely
4. Show apartments and highlight features and amenities
5. Secure leases and close sales

Requirements

• At least 2 years of leasing experience
• Strong leasing and closing skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Typing speed of 30 WPM and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or similar programs
• Valid driver’s license for property location or neighboring state
• Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday)

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm; Saturday, 10:00 am - 5:00 pm; Sunday, 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm.
