You will drive tenant satisfaction through attentive service and accurate documentation. The position emphasizes weekend availability, basic computer skills, and familiarity with leasing software, with paid training and career coaching to support growth in the multifamily

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing, property management, customer service, sales, or hospitality.
• Basic computer skills including Word, Outlook, Excel.
• Knowledge of leasing software a plus (Yardi, Entrata, Onesite, MRI).
• Willingness to work weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, conduct tours, and identify housing needs.
• Assist with leasing paperwork including applications, lease agreements, and background/credit checks.
• Collect rent, security deposits, and move-in fees.
• Communicate lease terms and community policies to residents.
• Follow up with prospects who haven’t leased.
• Ensure apartments are move-in ready and add final touches.
• Implement marketing techniques to attract new residents.
• Manage lease renewals and retention efforts.
• Respond promptly to calls, emails, and inquiries.
