Hayman Company is seeking a Dynamic Leasing professional to lease apartments at Northland Passage Apartments in Kansas City, MO. This full-time role requires weekend work and offers a competitive salary plus benefits.

Responsibilities include greeting residents, showing apartments, qualifying applicants, preparing lease packages, handling issues, clerical duties, and managing social media. Yardi/Yieldstar experience is preferred, with commissions on move-ins and renewals.

• Driver's license required.
