Village Green is seeking a Sales/Leasing Consultant for Savannah at Ankeny to help prospective residents find homes and deliver exceptional service. You will conduct tours, process leases, and contribute to community success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales experience in a multi-family environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work weekends.
• Undergraduate degree is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Quickly identify and assess prospective residents' needs to match them with suitable apartment homes.
• Conduct property tours, highlighting the unique features and benefits of our community.
• Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with current residents, promptly addressing their needs and concerns.
• Manage the entire leasing process, from initial inquiry to lease signing and move-in coordination.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective lead generation and follow-up strategies.
• Collaborate with the property management team to ensure seamless operations and resident satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, leases, and property-related information.
• Participate in community events and marketing initiatives to promote our properties.
• Stay informed about local market trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

Our ideal Sales Associate has 1-3years of sales experience in amulti-family environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office is ideal. Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must.
