Job summary

Adara Communities in Timberlake is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician to lead maintenance staff, oversee service requests, and manage unit turns. This role requires 2+ years in multifamily maintenance and a valid HVAC certification.

A driver's license and basic tools are also needed, with on-call duties and relocation potential if necessary. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong organization, troubleshooting, and time-management skills and can work with residents to uphold safety and

• Minimum 2 years experience as a maintenance technician in multifamily housing.
• Valid HVAC certification is required.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• Personal set of basic hand tools.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.
• Candidates must live within a 20-mile radius of the property or be willing to relocate.

• Proven ability to coach, train, and lead service technicians
• Strong organizational, troubleshooting, and time-management skills
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation

Working Environment of the Apartment Maintenance Technician:

This role requires regular physical activity, including standing, walking, sitting, lifting, climbing, stooping, kneeling, and reaching. Team members must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. individually and up to 100 lbs. with assistance.

Most work occurs in an outdoor environment, with occasional off-site tasks as needed. All employees must adhere to the company's uniform policy, provided on the first day of employment.
